He said goodbye to international and domestic cricket, he will not be seen playing in these cricket matches.  But he can be seen playing IPL in cricket. Because he has said goodbye to international and domestic cricket and not IPL cricket. but shikhar dhawan was very emotinal on his retirment annouce.

Shikhar Dhawan plays for India, he was India's opener player, his career started in 2010, he is known as Mr. ICC, due to his good performance in ICC and ODI, he came to be known as MR ICC. He scored 363 runs in the 2013 ICC Champions Trophy 2 century in just 5 matches and in the 2017 Champions Trophy, India went to the final and Shikhar Dhawan scored 338 runs in 1 century 5 innings. 

Dhawan became India's highest scorer of 412 runs in ODIs in 2015. 

Gabar scored 167 ODI matches for India, 6793 runs average of 44.11 and strike rate of 91.43, 7 centuries and 5 half centuries. 

In Test career, 34 matches, 2315 runs average 40.61 and 7 centuries and 5 half centuries have been made. 

And Dhawan has scored 68 T20i 1759 runs, an average strike rate of 126.36 and 11 fifties.
